When will my book arrive?

We work hard to get your items out of our office and into the mail as quickly as possible. Sometimes, due to weekends and holidays, it may take 1-2 days to process orders. We will email you a notification when your items ship.

Talking Louis offers free shipping on orders over $30, via USPS Media Mail. All other domestic shipments are charged the lowest fee that we can offer. Domestic orders typically take 2-8 business day from time of e-mail confirmation to arrival on your doorstep. If paid expedited service is selected, your items will arrive according to the selected service.

Orders are shipped to locations within the U.S. only.

How can I track my package?

We add tracking labels to all packages when we are able to. Your tracking number will be provided to you when your order has shipped. 

It’s been over 10 business days and I have not received my package. What should I do?

Please check your checking number to find out the status/location of your order. If the issue persists, please email our customer service team with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue, and we will do our best to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

How do returns work?

For individual customers, if there is a problem with your order, please email our customer service with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will do what we can to fix or replace anything that's wrong in your order. If we are unable to fix or replace, we will issue a refund.

Be sure to include the original order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds typically take two weeks to process but may take longer during very busy times. Make sure to hang on to your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to us. 

For wholesalers/booksellers, please email our customer service team with your name, business name, order number, ISBN number, and volume of items you wish to return. We will do our best to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

My book is damaged. What can you do?

We do our best to ship our books the best way we can to protect them, but sometimes things happen. Please email our customer service team and we will work to take care of you.

I have a different question about my order that isn’t answered here. How can I get my answer?

Please email our customer service team with any other inquiries about your book order, and we’ll get back to you as within 24-48 hours.
